- Site assessment
- Initial workshop setup (planograms, locker configurations)
- Delivery of equipment to your site
- Physical installation and connection
- Startup and configuration of the web-based management platform
- Training of authorized staff
- IT support from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Software updates
We guarantee the quality of the service, while you maintain full control over the costs of the solution for 36, 48, or 60 months.

Even though our model includes working with consumables suppliers, we make it a point to personally handle delivery, installation, setup, and all necessary training—so you can confidently operate your vending machine with full autonomy.
Preventive and corrective maintenance
We provide regular maintenance of your machines, as well as troubleshooting in case of technical issues (usually coil or motor replacements). We also offer on-site reconfiguration services upon your request.
